Salad Slaw
Say goodbye to your traditional slaw made with mayonnaise! This version is way
healthier, and has replaced the unhealthy heated, trans-fat, canola oil, based
mayonnaise with a raw healthy fat to keep the cell walls in your body flaccid for
membrane transport.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place mixed greens in a large bowl
* Step 2
Roughly chop the carrots, radishes, and red onion and place in food processor.
Process until finely shredded and empty onto the greens.
* Step 3
Roughly chop the avocado and place in food processor (no need to clean it from
previous use) with orange juice and process until creamy. Pour onto Salad mixture
and mix by hand.
* Step 4
Heap sauerkraut on top and serve.
