Garden Herb Soup 🌿

I used the herbs from my garden and made this clean and simple soup. I picked the herbs from the leaves and used a combination of mint, oregano, thyme, chives and marjoram 🌿 #cookingwithherbs

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-3 servings
125 mls

coconut milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry the onion and garlic gently for a few minutes. Add the turmeric and nutmeg and cook for a few more minutes.

* Step 2

Add the stock then your frozen spinach. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add your herbs and simmer with the lid on for ten minutes.

* Step 3

Remove from the heat, allow to cool then blend. Pour back into the pan and stir in the coconut milk. Now season too taste with salt and pepper and a good squeeze of lemon juice.
