Lamb & Mint BBQ Skewers
Perfect for a delicious filling dinner on a hot day. We had our lamb in wraps with salad, mint sauce and mayo. The whole family enjoyed this and it was really easy to prepare.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix together the marinade ingredients.
* Step 2
Dice the lamb leg into even chunks. Add to the marinade and use your hands to mix it all together and coat the meat.
* Step 3
Marinate in the fridge for at least an hour. Then BBQ until cooked to your liking, we cooked ours for 15 minutes.
* Step 4
We ate ours in wraps with raw spinach, tomatoes, mayo and mint sauce 😋
