Crispy Roasted Broccolini
I know this might sound a bit dull, but I implore you to try it. It is a revelation!!! Crunchy salty broccolini is just amazing! If you’re dubious too please give them a try and let me know what you think 🥦
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat your oven to 200 C and line a shallow baking tray with some foil.
* Step 2
Lay your broccoli spears out on the tray, don’t overcrowd them, they need space! Drizzle with a good glug of olive oil and tamari.
* Step 3
Use your hands to turn them over and coat them in oil. Roast for up to 20 mins, turning halfway through.
* Step 4
Bring them out of the oven and give them a generous twist of freshly ground rock salt. Serve!
