* Step 1

Ek heavy bottom pan mein peanuts ko 5min ke liye medium flame pe roast karen.

* Step 2

Thanda hone pe peanuts ki skin hata ke 2-2tukde karlen.

* Step 3

Pan me ghee garam karen issme gur ko desolve hone tak low flame pe chalate rahen.

* Step 4

Gur ke desolve hone pe gas band karke issme peanuts aur elaichi powder daalke achhchhe se mix karlen.

* Step 5

Kisi chakle per failake bailan ke sahayta se patla karen aur manchahe shape me cut karlen.
