Pahly rice ko 15 mint soak kar lein
* Step 2
Phir aik Kani rahny tak boil kar ke chan kar rakh dein
* Step 3
Ab aik pan oil garam kar ke one by one vegetable dal kar 1 mint fry kar ke nikal lein
* Step 4
Ab usi oil main sabit garammasla or onion dal kar onion light brown hony tak fry karein
* Step 5
Phir ginger garlic paist dal dein ab red chilli coriander powder salt cumin seeds termaric or 1 tbsp pani dal kar 30 second soty karein
* Step 6
Ab fry ki Huey vegetable dal kar soty kar ke cured dal kar mix kar ke cover kar ke 10 mint cook karein
* Step 7
Jub dahi ka pani dry ho jaey vegetable cook ho jaein to coriander mint leaves or garammasla dal kar flam of kar ke dein
* Step 8
Aik pan main boil rice per vegetable gravy dal kar 10 mint cover kar ke low flam per cook karein or dish out kar ke serve karein
