Spicy Shrimp Jambalaya
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Wash vegetables, then chop.
* Step 3
Add 1 tbs oil to pan heat n then add in vegetables.
* Step 4
Add 1/2 tsp Baton Rouge seasons. 1/4 tsb Creole Season Let simmer.
* Step 5
In a separate pan perpare the Jambalaya mix according to the directions on box.
* Step 6
When vegetable oil and water boiled add in Jambalaya mix. Stir until soft.
* Step 7
Add the vegetables to the soft Jambalaya mix. (Resuse this pan for shrimp.)
* Step 8
Thaw shrimp according to directions on bag
* Step 9
Lay your thawed shrimp out and remove tail. Add seasoning a pinch of salt and sprinkle of Baton Rouge seasons.
* Step 10
Cook shrimp in a hot pan with oil. A touch of golden color.
* Step 11
On low heat add diced tomatoes to crock pot.
* Step 12
Add in the shrimp to Jambalaya. Stir
* Step 13
Add Shrimp Jambalaya to crock pot. Let flavors come together on low heat.
* Step 14
Cover let simmer. To thicken leave uncovered.
