Paneer split gram sweet pakora
#paneer paneer sweet chana dal pakora is a tasty snacks.we prepared it for party with curd pome granate chutney.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
At first, soak the both lentil in water for 10 hr.
* Step 2
Boil split chick peas in cooker.
* Step 3
Now,paste the soak urad bengal dal.
* Step 4
Then put the paste of urad dal in a bowl.
* Step 5
Then add rice flour on the paste with salt and little water.
* Step 6
Then,make a smooth batter by fork or spoon.
* Step 7
Next, put some ghee in pan.
* Step 8
Then,add the boil split gram in pan.
* Step 9
Add coconut mix jaggery,plain jaggery,sesame and grate paneer.
* Step 10
Saute it until makes a sticky halwa.
* Step 11
Next add dry fruit with halwa.
* Step 12
Put ghee in hand and make balls by this dry halwa.

Put the balls in the batter.
* Step 14
Make a simple coat on the ball.

Take a pan with oil in gas for fry.

Then,put the coated ball in tempt oil

When balls look like golden brown then fry is complete.

Then,take a bowl with amul curd.

Now,paste pomegrante seeds.

Next.add chat masala black salt,jaljira.green chilli and ginger powder.

Lastly.stir all of them gently.

Then,serve the chutney with the sweet pakora.
