#india Tehari rice is a very tasty and full plate meal. This plate comes from uttar pradesh. Tehari is a multi veg rice. You can serve with raita.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
At first, wash the rice gently.
* Step 2
Cut the all veggis. Put oil in handi and add whole garam masala and fry. Then add onion and garlic and fry it. Then add all veggies for frying in oil.Mix salt and ajwain also
* Step 3
Then add all masala with veggies.Mix them.Add water and let cook for 8 mins.
* Step 4
After boiling add rice into sabji and add more water for boiling rice.Add ghee for nice aroma.
* Step 5
After boiling, tehari is ready for plating.
