Cooking instructions

* Step 1

At first wash the rice very well,.Then dry the rice then marinade with 1tbs ghee and salt to taste and keep it aside for 1hour.

Next heat a pan then poured into this 1table spoon ghee and fry the walnut and kismis then keep it aside.

* Step 3

In this pan poured the ghee then add the cloves, bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom soute well and next add the marinated rice and saute it for 5minute. Then add 3cup water then cover with a lid and cook it for 10minute in low flame.

* Step 4

After 10minutes open the lid stir it and add the fried walnut, kismis and sugar as needed then mix it very well and keep for 5minute to set the rice. Now it's ready for eat serve it with any kind of vegetables as your choice.
