Cooking instructions

* Step 1

At first cut, the potatoes in big size then boil it.

* Step 2

Now take a pan then poured oil into this pan and fry all papad.

* Step 3

Next, I used the same pan with oil then poured into this pan teas spoon ginger paste, and chopped tomatoes then saute very well. Next add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt to taste into this.

* Step 4

Now saute and add a little bit of water then add the boiled potatoes mix it and cook it for 5 minutes next add hot water as per your requirement.

* Step 5

At last, add the fried papad (crushed)and cook it for 5 minutes. Now it's ready to eat. Spicy curry.
