Cucumber-Tomato salad
Anytime I BBQ in the summer I throw this quick and easy salad together. It's simple and delicious. Sometimes, I'll add greens like pea shoots or other micro greens with it.

* Step 1
Slice your Cucumbers, tomatoes and onions and put in a bowl
* Step 2
Season with salt and pepper
