At first the dal boiled with salt and turmaric powder,take a pan take one table s poon gheethen add in dry chilli hing and jira now add the chpooed onion fry it very well till turn into brown colour then ginger garlic chopped,green chilli chopped and tomato chopped add and cook it for 5minutes then add all dry spices (turmaric powder,kashmiri chilli powder,coriander powder)cook it 5to 6minutes then the boiled dal mix this spice and cook it এত last add in the fresh cream and

* Step 2

And chopped coriander leaves,now ready for eat
