Protein packed cheesecake
This cheesecake is light and fluffy, the crust utilizing a cereal bar will add to the protein content and adds a buttery sweet flavor to complement. Top with fresh strawberries or other fruit
Each cheesecake is around 275 calories with 35g of protein
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a blender combine all ingredients till liquid. This will break up the chunks in the cottage cheese
* Step 2
Crumble up a cereal bar and put on the bottom of a ramekin
* Step 3
Fill ramekins with mix depending on the size you will get 6-8 cheesecakes
* Step 4
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
* Step 5
Place ramekins in a shallow pan, pour water in pan around ramekins
* Step 6
Cook cheesecakes for 40-45 minutes edges should be brown
