Perfectly stabilized and balanced between sweet and acidic. Pretty great for piping
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Let cream and marshmallows sit in fridge, covered, overnight
* Step 2
Using a fridge-fresh bowl and whisk or whisk attachment (s), beat the cream cheese with small amounts of cream to make smooth and not grainy
* Step 3
Taking the bowl with cream and marshmallows, stir with spatula to combine softened marshmallows. Add in all ingredients and beat slowly until slightly thickened
* Step 4
Beat rapidly until desired stiffness, careful not to overbeat
