Chinese fried rice
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a sauce pan heat 1 tbsp oil add selected meat along with cooked onion and scotch bonnet stir-fry for 2 minutes.
* Step 2
Add cooked rice, spring onions,salt and seasoning,tossing to mix well,stir-fry for 3 minutes.
* Step 3
Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and chopped egg to rice mixture and fold in,stir-fry for 1 minute and serve with fried chips ans vegetsbles.
