Chicken Escabeche
This is a Peruvian dish , one of the famous dishes from Lima, you can eat warm like main dish or cold like entree.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean the pieces of chicken and seasoning with salt, peper, garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar marinade for 10 minutes and fried.reserve the pot with the oil.

After fried the chicken let in a bowl.
