This is a cake recipe mom got from one of her friends when we lived in Kinston, NC
Ingredient
1 stick
butter or margarine
1 lb
brown sugar
3 each
eggs
2 cup
self-rising flour
1 tsp
vanilla
1 packages
chocolate chips
1/2 cup
chopped nuts
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Melt butter and brown sugar over low heat stirring. Do not boil. Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Add flour, vanilla, nuts, and chocolate chips. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes in a 9x13 pan.
