Steakhouse style Steak and Eggs
A simple way to cook amazing steak and eggs on the stovetop!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, let your steak sit out in between sheets of butcher paper to come to room temperature. Should take roughly 30mins, then heal canola oil in stove top skillet on medium high heat.
* Step 2
After oil is heated up add your steak and let it sizzle in the oil for a couple mins. After it starts to brown around the top flip it over and crack open your eggs and add them in.
* Step 3
Place your butter overtop of the steak and let it melt, also place your fresh rosemary and thyme so it flavors the butter. Leave steak to cook on the one side but flip eggs when bottom begins to burn.
