Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pre steps: 1. Soak tamarind in hot water for 30 mins and extract the juice. 2. Grind tomatoes into smooth paste. 3. Sauté garlic pods in gingelly oil for 5 mins and keep aside.

* Step 2

On stove: In a pan heat Gingelly oil, add mustard seeds. Let it splutter. add cumin seeds. Add ground tomato paste. Add required salt, chilli powder, coriander powder. Sauté well until oil separates. Add prepared garlic pods and Extracted tamarind water. Bring it to boil until gravy gets thicken.
