Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a wok Add zeera in oil and fry.
* Step 2
Add tomatoes and all the spices fry for 5-7 minutes until the oil separates.
* Step 3
Now add potatoes and saimphali (if you want to add water add at this point 4-5 tsp of water) cook in medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
* Step 4
When the potatoes and saimphali is tender add green chillies. Serve and enjoy
