This besan burfi is made of ghee leftover. It is very healthy and easy to made. It is very healthy to eat in winters for all ages and kids too.

* Step 1
Put all the Mava left after making ghee in a pan add besan and fry it till it change colour
* Step 2
Add sugar and dry fruits of your choice.
* Step 4
Give shape of ladoo or burfi. Ready to serve
