Chunky Apple Walnut Bread.

Chunky Apple Walnut Bread.

Turned a cupcake recipe I saw on facebook into a bread.

Ingredient

1/3 cup

brown sugar

1 tbsp

sugar

1/2 cup

milk

1/2 cup

chopped nuts

1 1/2 cup

powdered sugar

4 tbsp

heavy cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Toss 1Tbsp sugar & 1 Tbsp cinnamon with chopped apples. Set aside.

* Step 2

Mix 1 Tbsp cinnamon & brown sugar. Set aside.

* Step 3

Combine flour, baking powder & mix together.

Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, to mixer & mix until light and fluffy.

Add flour mixture to your eggs & sugar mixture. Blend until smooth. Add milk and blend it in well.

* Step 6

Pour half of the batter into prepared loaf pan & add half of the apples, brown sugar mixture & chopped nuts. Smash down into the mixture.

Add the rest of the batter and smooth out. Now top with the rest of your apples, brown sugar mixture & nuts. Once again smoosh down into batter.

Put into preheated oven at 350°F for about 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Mix butter, powered sugar & cream and mix until fluffy. Set a side.

* Step 10

When cooled spread frosting over top slice & serve.
