Crumb-fried Chicken Wings and Drumsticks
Fried chicken is always my favourite food and also the dish I really love to cook at home ^_^. When family members gather, I often make a large plate of fried chicken and it is "finished" in the blink of an eye.
For fried chicken, wings and drumsticks are the most delicious parts. The crust is crispy and crumbly together with the tender and sweet meat. Perfect to be served with tomato and chili dipping sauce! ^_^ (contributed by Heina Phuong)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse chicken wings and drumsticks, either cut into smaller pieces or not, to your liking.
* Step 2
Gently cut some slits into the chicken drumsticks, coat the drumsticks and wings with some salt and black pepper.
* Step 3
Mix crisp fried powder mix, corn starch and wheat flour thoroughly.
* Step 5
Pour bread crumbs into a bowl.
* Step 6
Evenly roll chicken wings and drumsticks in powder mixture
* Step 7
You can put chicken and powder mixture into a box with lid on and dredge until fully combined.
* Step 8
Dip chicken into the bowl of beaten egg to be evenly coated.
* Step 9
Roll the chicken with egg and powder mixture on in bread crumbs until thoroughly coated.
* Step 10
Use a deep skillet or small pot to fry to thoroughly cook the chicken and save cooking oil. When the oil bubbles, drop chicken into skillet to fry.
* Step 11
Fry chicken over medium heat for meat to be fully cooked and the crust to be golden brown and crunchy.
* Step 12
When chicken is thoroughly cooked, drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
* Step 13
Serve when medium hot, dipped in a mixture of tomato and chili sauce, super tasty^_^
