Kanya's Sweet and Sour Omelet
This can be vegetarian ,or can be fantastic omelet with seafood ,prawns or any meat you like :)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In sauce pan ,on medium heat ,add little oil enough to brown crushed garlic ,stir in diced mix vegetables ,add meat of your choice in this step ,cook until soft
* Step 2
Add sweet and sour sauce,see in my profile or in attachment below,stir to mix,cook until sauce disolve
* Step 3
Springkels roasted sesame seeds,heat off,set aside
* Step 4
Now use another pan ,set on low heat ,add little oil ,beat eggs and mix with soy sauce in mixing bowl ,gently add eggs into pan ,try roll eggs mixture around the pan ,make it as large as you can ,because we will use this eggs to stuff all veggies ,lets eggs set
* Step 5
Heat off ,Add filling in the middle ,fold up all 4 corner
* Step 6
How to remove from pan to serving plate ? .. find the plate bigger than your pan ,cover pan and quickly flip omelet to serve hot :) hope you enjoy try to make this :)
