* Step 1
Crush garlic,chili,add fishsauce,syrups,lime juice,taste ,adapt to your preference,original taste is spicy,sour,sweet
* Step 2
Boil all seafood and glassnoodles,about 5 mins or until cooked,cool it in running water,add to mixing bowl,follow with sauce,add sunflower sprouts,softly mix,serve and enjoy :)
