Sweet-Potato Tapioca Porridge with Coconut Sauce

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan, boil a water and pandan leaves. Put in a diced sweet potatoes, cooked until soft.
* Step 2
Add a sugar, let it boil and sugar dissolve.
* Step 3
While stirring, add diluted tapioca flour and mix well, it will become thick and sticky.
* Step 4
Lower the heat and strain a 1 tbsp tapioca starch into the porridge gradually, keep stirring it. It will become bubbles and looked like a frog’s eggs.
Turn off the heat and set aside.
* Step 5
Making a coconut sauce:
- Diluting coconut cream with a water. Boil it into a pan and put in a pandan leaves for a fragrants and a pinch of salt.
- Let it boiling and still stirring to prevent the coconut sauce cracking.
- Turn off the heat. Set a side.
* Step 6
How to served:
- Put a porridge in a bowl as you like.
- Pouring the porridge with coconut sauce.
* Step 7
