Sweet-Potato Tapioca Porridge with Coconut Sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan, boil a water and pandan leaves. Put in a diced sweet potatoes, cooked until soft.

Add a sugar, let it boil and sugar dissolve.

While stirring, add diluted tapioca flour and mix well, it will become thick and sticky.

How to served: - Put a porridge in a bowl as you like. - Pouring the porridge with coconut sauce.
