Beef Keema with Matar

Ingredient

20 to 25 minute
1 & half tbsp

Coriander powder

1 & half tbsp

Red chili powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pot add oil, onion & fry till golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste & turmeric powder. Fry it

* Step 2

Fry it till raw flavor goes off. Now add other spices tomatoes, salt, Coriander powder Garam Masala, green masala &, red chili powder, red chili crushed. Cook it 2-3 mins at high flame

* Step 3

Then add beef minced & cook till you can see oil comes separate. Cook it 2-3 mins at high flame. Mix it well then cover it to cook till minced tender. Keema is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves & ginger julienne. Serve with Naan or paratha
