* Step 1

Method! For the Vada making!

* Step 2

Ek pan me oil Gram kar k mustard seed dal kar karkaryein

* Step 3

Phier Is me chopped garlic,curry leaves,haldi,ajwain dal Kar mix Karein phier mashed potatoes,salt red chilli flakes,green chilli,coriander leave,lemon juice dal Kar high flame per bhoon lein.

* Step 4

Aur plate me nikal kar thanda kar is k balls bana len.

* Step 5

Ek blow me 1cup basan dal Kar is me red chilli powder,haldi,salt, Ajwain,baking soda,Aur pani dal Kar batter bana len thick and smooth past.

* Step 6

Phier potato ball ko basan ka batter me deep kar k gram oil me deep fry kar len.

* Step 7

Aur golden brown hona per nikal kar len.

* Step 8

Ab ek Pav me ek side green chatni lagain aur Dusray side red chilli garlic chatni lagain aur center me Vada rakein aur ise Burger ki trah ban kar k fry green chillies rakein

* Step 9

Aur gram gram serve Karein.😃💁💁💁
