Fried Haloumi Cheese
There's nothing like a good fried Haloumi as a side to pulled pork. Cook it until it looks almost burnt to get the full flavour.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Select good quality cheese. The cheap stuff has lots of water added and turns mushy.
* Step 2
Cut into 1cm thick pieces.
* Step 3
Fry on high heat in olive oil turning often.
* Step 4
When it looks almost burnt it's ready.
