Salmon filet stew with carrots, brocoli and cauliflower

Ingredient

sunflower oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the onion and fry with sunflower oil until brown.

* Step 2

Add the chopped vegetables and cover with water.

* Step 3

Add the vegetable stock. (You can also prepare your own mixture of herbs and spices to replace the stock)

* Step 4

Simmer for 20 minutes stirring from time to time.

* Step 5

Apply salt and pepper to both sides of the fish and add them to the vegetables.

* Step 6

Cook for an additional 10 min.

* Step 7

Sprinkle the flour over the stew and mix gently.
