This is may remake of a dish I had at Crazy Eggs in Saskatoon SK. If I lived there, I would be eating there alot.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Get a frying pan of water and add 2 Tbsp of vinegar, bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and add eggs all at once. Do not stir. Cover immediately at wait 5 minutes to 7 minutes depending on if you want a soft or medium poached egg. Place on paper towel to remove water.
* Step 2
While eggs are poaching. Butter both sides of bread and fry in a frying pan on both sides until golden. In a pot make hollandaise according to package instructions. Slice tomatoes thin.
* Step 3
Build as follows. The garlic toast, Tomato slice, ham, poached egg, hollandaise sauce.
