Japanese fried rice

This rice recipe can be completed in just 110 minutes buy putting the hot rice in the freezer for about an hour before cooking.

Ingredient

Soy sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pour. Water and rice into medium sauce pan or rice cooker and boil for 25 minutes.

Strain peas and corn and mix in large bowl

Mix peas, corn, and rice and refrigerate over night.

* Step 4

Add butter, soy, and teriyaki sauces to the rice mixture

* Step 5

Cook on high heat in thick bottomed wok or skillet until browned.

* Step 6

Salt and pepper to taste
