Coconut milk pulao

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the deep bottom pan add oil, when the oil become hot add whole garam masala and saute for 2-3min
* Step 2
Add cashews,meal maker and saute for 1 min.
* Step 3
Add sliced onions,green chillies and saute till the onions turn translucent or light golden.
* Step 4
Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw aroma of ginger garlic goes away. Add garam masala and mix it well.
* Step 5
Add 20 min soaked rice and mix well. Gently mix the rice with masala.
* Step 6
Pour the 2 cups of coconut milk and gently mix it.
* Step 7
Add salt and cover with lid and cook for 5 min on high flame, then reduce the flame and cook for 15 min.
* Step 8
Open the lid and gently pluff the pulao.
