Parval potato masaledar

I tried this first time and came out very yummy

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First cut parval slited in two and potato also cut into length vise or ur choice. Deep fry in hot oil.

Now make masala heat a pan by add 1 tbs oil add cumin saute little and add onion and till golden brown

* Step 3

Add ginger garlic till raw smell goes add tomatoes saute till leaves the oil add all dry powders and salt add parval and potato saute for two minutes and add 1 cup of water and cover with lid and keep on slow heat for 2 minutes semi thick gravy is needed.serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve with chappatti, Parantha and rice.
