Tri colour rice and raita

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil rice with enough water by adding dry masala boil up to 3/4 done drain out the water.

* Step 2

Grate carrot and make thick palak puree,keep it separately. Now divide the rice in three parts

* Step 3

First white rice and keep with lid so it can be soft. Now heat a pan by adding little oil add grated carrot and saute till water dries add rice and mix well and pour in to a bowl

* Step 4

Now in the same way add palak puree and mix rice. Now arrange the rice in three colour and make every a flag shape for side pole decorate with almonds for ashok chakra make with beetroot round shape.

* Step 5

And decorate raita with one layer of onion finely chopped one layer tomato chopped and green layer with coriander leaves.
