Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan add dry masala like cumin, fennel seeds, dry red chilli,coriander, fenugreek seeds when spluttering add curry leaves add onion sauté for a minute
* Step 2
Add tomato chopped and salt turmeric and red chilli powder and sauté for little add pumpkin small pieces. Mix well and cover with lid on slow heat.till soft
* Step 3
Now mix it again and mashed soft pumpkin with the back of ladle
* Step 4
Now add mango powder and garam masalaand pinch of sugar mix it again and serve hot with hot prantha and tandoori roti it is delicious for the side dish also
