Daal Baati & lehsun Chutney
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For Daal take all types of daal in a cooker & take 4 whistle to cook.
* Step 2
When daal is cooked take pan & put oil or ghee for tadka.
* Step 3
When oil is hot put zeera & Dry garam masala & ginger garlic paste.
* Step 4
Add chopoed onion when it turns Golden brown add spices red chilli powder and turmeric powder then add tomatoes.
* Step 5
Mix well dein add cooked daal if water is required so add otherwise no need.
* Step 6
When daal gives boil add salt lemon juice and spread 1 spoon ghee & garnish with corrinder leaves..daal is ready for serve.
* Step 7
For BAATI above all ingredients aata, suji,ajwain, salt, Ghee & water mix it & make tight dough.
* Step 8
When dough is ready make small size ball just like chapati.
* Step 9
Preheat baati oven or baati cooker.
* Step 10
Placed all baati there in low flame.
* Step 11
Turn baati both sides & check baati is cooked or not.
* Step 12
When baati is cooked well then dip in ghee or deep fry in ghee then serve hot.
* Step 13
For Chutney take bowl of lehsun & & dry red chilli & zeera grind it in mixer.
* Step 14
Take a pan put ghee & turn the ingredients which we grind it add red chilli powder if you like more spicy.
* Step 15
Add salt and little bit water to cook chutney
* Step 16
When water absorbs garnish with corraibder leaves.
