Leftover Coconut Rice

Leftover Coconut Rice

#leftovers we have done traditional and tasty coconut corn rice with leftover boiled rice and coconut chutney.

Ingredient

Food ration :

3 servings
1/2 tsp

Salt

1/2 cup

corn

1 tsp

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a Pan and heat the oil

* Step 2

Add slice onion and saute for 1 min.

* Step 3

Add Chopped Tomato

* Step 4

Now add corn and saute for 2 mins. Not to overcooked, it should be crunchy.

* Step 5

Add salt and red chilli powder, add coconut chutney and tomato sauce and mix it well.

* Step 6

Add Leftover rice and mix it well and add cook for 4-5 mins.

* Step 7

Serve hot with Raita.
