Shepherd's pie is a type of savoury pie generally made of ground meat and topped with mashed potatoes. It's a very cosy and comfort dish for winter meal. I made this shepherd's pie with lots of winter vegetables and added very few ground meat.It is very easy to make and so flavourful as I Incorporated my favourite winter veggies along with ground meat. You can even skip keema to make them purely vegetarian.
