Tadka idli

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil. And make tadka using mustard, jeera, curry leaves, coriander, hing and pinch of salt and sugar. Mix it

* Step 2

Take idli in glass bowl. Spray water on it and cover andmicrowave it for 20 secs.

* Step 3

Pour tadka over idli and mix it and reheat in microwave again for 1 min max. And serve it.
