Here is an old receipe that I have had from Great American Recipes.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven 375°. Combine the ground beef, bread, crumbs, egg, herb seasoning, rice, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well
* Step 2
Divide meat mixture into 4 equal parts. Firmly shape each into a ball.
* Step 3
Place into casserole dish
* Step 4
Combine the tomato sauce and broth together. You can add a bit of rice if you want to. Pour over meatballs. Cover
* Step 5
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until rice and meat is done.
