Mini egg muffins

This is a breakfast recipe from my 21 day fix extreme eating plan guide

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Brown you ground pork, add sage, black pepper and Montreal steak seasoning as you brown.

* Step 2

Break you eggs in a medium bowl, wish eggs.

* Step 3

Dice your red pepper, and slice your green onions. Add them to your eggs, wish all together.

* Step 4

Pre heat oven to 375°

* Step 5

Add cooked ground pork to your egg mixture. Wish all together.

* Step 6

Spray muffin pan with non stick spray. Add even amounts of egg mixture into each muffin slot.

* Step 7

Put muffin pan into the oven, Bakr for 20 minutes.

* Step 8

Enjoy! These are also good with shredded cheese on top of each muffin as you bake. :)
