Lemon & Herb Gravy

A light and refreshing gravy/sauce. It's well paired with chicken, fish, and even beef.

Ingredient

1 clove

garlic

4 tbsp

lemon juice

1 cup

butter

4 tsp

flour

1 tsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat butter and garlic in small saucepan over low heat, stirring with a whisk constantly, until butter is melted. Mix flour in. Cook over low heat, continuing to stir until mixture is bubbly.

* Step 2

Remove from heat.Stir in the remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.Serve over chicken, fish, and even beef.
