Mozzarella Zucchini crisps
This is something I found to be most helpful to my diet and eating healthy! It's baked so that makes it even better!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oven to 425°. Line two baking sheets with wax paper.
* Step 2
Mix all dry ingredients and set aside. Dredge slices of zucchini in egg and then bread crumbs.
* Step 3
Place zucchini on prepared baking sheets and add a pinch of mozzarella cheese on every zucchini slice.
* Step 4
Bake for 15 minutes and serve with your choice of dipping sauce! Enjoy!
