Farro salad with artichoke and sun-dried tomatoes

Cooking instructions
* Step 1

* Step 2
Rinse with cold water after cooking and drain well.
* Step 3
Remove the tomatoes and artichoke from the jar. Pat dry with a kitchen towel to get rid of the excess oil from them. Roughly chop or break into pieces with your hands
* Step 4
Add everything except the farro in a bowl with a drizzle of pomegranate molasses, then add the farro and combine.
