Malt loaf. Airfyer

So instead of malt extract I made a hot cup of malt drink up to mix in with the fruit and added mollases. Cranberries Raisins Dates Fig take your pick. #GlobalApron

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 loaf tin

Cooking time :

1 HR 120 c
150 g

flour

Handful

raisins

1/2 TSP

salt

2 TSP

mollases

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take the stones out of the dates and chop up with scissors small or large it's up to you. Put in a plastic bowl with all the fruit and dry ingredients except flour and malt drink.

In a greased log tin pour the mixture and cook in airfyer or cooker for an hour at 120 c bake.
