I've added orange peel and raisins, ginger and cinnamon for added flavour. Yummy πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ #GlobalApron24

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mash the banana in a bowl, add raisins and orange bits, save a little for the top before baking.

Add sugar spices and egg mix it up then add flour then last add milk so it's a thickish batter texture.

* Step 4

Oil a tray add the mix and sprinkle over with the orange bits and bake for 15/18 minutes.

* Step 5

When cool slice into fingers. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ And enjoy.
