Jacket potato with beef stir fry and gyoza chicken dumplings
Bean & broccoli stir fry with added mushrooms and soy sauce mixed with beef strips, with a jacket potato and dumplings and soy sauce to dip.
About 450 calories for the whole meal and really filling.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
I cooked the potato in airfryer for 30 minutes on air fry, spray with oil and pierce or score and keep turning.
* Step 2
While the potato cooks put the beef strips in pan with some olive oil and mushrooms, when almost cooked add the stir fry vegetables and add soy sauce.
* Step 3
Keep the stir fry cooking on a medium heat and put dumplings in boiling water for 4 minutes.
