Peanut, Sesame and Poppy Seeds Dalgona Candy
After making Salted Dalgona Candy with sea salt flakes sprinkled on it, I thought why not try other varieties too.
So inspired by Badam Chikki, Til and Khaskhas Chikki our traditional sweets of India and Indian subcontinent, especially which we consume during winter months ( Poush and Magh ) to keep ourselves warm and preferably made of Jaggery or a little bit of Sugar added to jaggery and is Makarsankranti Special too, I tried my hands in making Peanut Dalgona Candy, Sesame Dalgona Candy and Khaskhas Dalgona Candy.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grease the silicon mat or parchment paper with little veg oil. Lay lollipop stick on the silicon mat, if you don't have simply skip it doesn't make difference, only thing it makes a difference is you can't have it as a lollipop
Take a deep saucepan or ladle. Add sugar into it and start melting, to evenly melt it, mix with a chopstick with thicker end / something similar to it but not a very thin one after it starts melting.
* Step 2
For Sesame/ Til Dalgona Candy : Once the sugar melts, add the Roasted Sesame seeds (keep little bit to sprinkle on top) and mix, take it off the flame.
For Poppy Seeds/ Khaskhas Dalgona Candy :
Once the sugar melts, add the Roasted Poppy seeds (keep little bit to sprinkle on top) and mix, take it off the flame.
For Peanut Dalgona Candy:
Once the sugar melts, add the Roasted Peanuts (keep little bit to sprinkle on top) and mix, take it off the flame.
* Step 3
Add baking soda and mix it gently, it will start foaming, with the help of a silicon spatula gather it and gently take it out and pour at one end of the lollipop stick. No need to press it. Now sprinkle the sesame seeds or peanuts or poppy seeds on top of it. Let it cool and harden and then enjoy it!
